3rd Annual Day of Giving Back

Martin Luther King Day

Monday, January 18th
Middle School
9 am to noon

Join us for breakfast snacks and kickoff program.
Come volunteer with your friends, neighbors, team, etc.
Everyone is welcome, children 6th grade and younger need adult supervision.

Community Service Projects

Fleece blankets
Cancer care kits
Letters to soldiers
Bonding dolls for newborns
Friendship bracelets for homeless kids
Potting plants for seniors… and much more!

Senior Citizens needed to sort books – call senior center to sign up. Families with kids aged 4 to 9 – call the library to sign up for storytime/craft with teens.

Plan to watch the Special Olympics team challenge the 9th grade boys basketball team at the Brown Gym at 12:30

Please bring a canned good, a new/used children’s book, paperbacks for soldiers, old cell phones and eye glasses, used sheets towels/blankets (for animal shelters).
